SKILL CONTEST DATE: 19th APRIL 2024 Employee skill contest play a vital role in identifying talent, fostering creativity and driving innovation in the workplace. By providing employees with a platform to show their skills, collaborate with colleagues and purse their passions, these contests create a culture of learning, growth and excellence. Based on this, our company organizes skill contest twice a year. This year 2024 also the company decided to conduct Employee Skill Contest in the 2nd and 3rd week of April and received a very good response from the employees, many employees showed interest in participating in the contest. The company gave details of the topic on which the contest was going to be held to the employees through mail and the contest was completed within a few days. On 29th April 2024, our company organized prize distribution for the winners in the Employee Skills Contest and also National Safety Week 2024 participant member gift distribution. Also, the employees who completed 10 years in the company were honored. Our Managing director Mr. Kim Seog Doo sir encourage the employee by their speech.
